BOOKING QUESTIONS

Q: Where can I search available property for booking?

A: You can search property on the front page and the search box is located just below the header picture. In order to browse place available for rent, scroll down and you will see all the places available. You can find different filters above them, sorting the places out by types, cities, areas, size and price.

Q:  How is booking procedure conducted?

A: By sending email or by calling us is the best and the safest way to book a property. You can also click the button „book now“ which is on the page of each property, where you can also see its details and other things important for booking. Once you click booking, you will be taken to another page where you need to provide other details.

Q: How much deposit is paid by you after the booking?

A: If there are more than 2 weeks in between your booking and your holiday, you will have to pay the deposit of 30% of the total price of the package. You must pay full balance a week before the holiday begins.

Q: Is there an option to spread payments?

A: No, there is no such option.

Q: What are the fees for booking?

A: Uberstays’ services are free of charge and no booking fees will have to be paid by you. Government service charges are applicable, however.

Q: How can I pay the balance?

All the balances must be paid a week before you arrive to the booked destination. You can pay your balance in several different ways.

1) Online through Debit / Credit Card
2) Cash Deposit in our Bank A/C

Q: If I pay by credit cards, will I be charged extra?

A: Both payments by debit cards and credit cards are accepted (Visa or MasterCard). There will be an additional 3% charge for all the transactions via credit cards.

Q: Will I receive any kind of confirmation that I successfully booked a property?

A: When the deposit payment is made, you will receive a confirmation for booking. There is also a second confirmation which comes with booking voucher and it is sent to you after the full payment has been made.
